2. Roll call and declaration of quorum.
3. Flag salute.
4. Invocation.
5. Approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on June 7, 2011.
6. Approve budget for 2011-2012.
7. Approve K 1 3015 area transit system (Katts)
8. Discuss and possible approve a variance for Craig Kincaid at 814 North Gulf for a gravel driveway.
9. Discuss and approve the hiring Joshua Kelley and Chris Scott to the Police Department as a officer with a 6-month probation.
10. Discuss and possible requiring grease traps at restaurants.
11 Communications
12. New business.
