The Holdenville Public Works Authority will meet for a regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall, 100 North Creek Street, Holdenville, Oklahoma on

September 2, 2008 at 7:30 P.M.

                                    ORDER OF BUSINESS

1.         Call to Order.

2.                  Roll call and declaration of quorum.

3.                  Approve the minutes of the previous meeting held on August 19, 2008.

4.                  Approve Resolution and Certification for CDBG grant for sewer pipe replacement on South Hinckley. 

5.                  Communications.

6.                   Adjourn.
